the location was good for seeing broadway and other attractions. the staff at the front desk was always helpful.
i booked this so-called five-star hotel based on its breakfast. the breakfast room was too small and felt chaotic. the gym equipment felt inadequate and the sauna setup seemed impractical to use.

Lovely stay near broadway!

I chose this hotel for its location. IT is fantastic. The staff was very inviting and warm. I was celebrating my retirement. I had a wonderful time. The linens were high quality.
The number of bathrobes was wrong. They forgot to change them. There are various opinions about breakfast, but I think the minimum menu is available.

The room had a spacious layout with a comfortable bed and nice linens. EVERYTHING was clean, but the bathroom offered a separate vanity area, and I found the closet space ample for luggage and personal items.

The location was amazing, close to everything i wanted to see. the staff was really helpful, giving great directions and suggestions. my room included an iron and ironing board. It was very useful.
the breakfast was a letdown, it had pre-made sandwiches and not enough choice. my room was dark with only a small shaft as a window. it was not improved despite my request.

The location was central. The hotel was very walkable to shows, metro, dining and shops. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Blackout shades were useful.
The AC vent was too noisy. It was hard to sleep. I also noted my room was too small. No water bottle was provided despite asking..
